- Subject Matter
These terms govern the online purchase of tickets, season passes, gift cards, and additional services for access to and use of the activities offered by Cannobio Adventure.
The service consists of access to an adventure park suspended among the trees, featuring rope courses and recreational and sports activities, in accordance with the procedures, limitations, and safety rules established by the Operator, the Park Regulations, and the signage displayed on site.
- Pre-contractual Information
Before completing the purchase, the user may review the essential information relating to the service, including:
- main characteristics of the purchased ticket or service;
- total price, including applicable taxes;
- any additional costs;
- available payment methods;
- validity date and time of the purchased ticket;
- any access restrictions, including those relating to age, height, weight, or fitness;
- conditions applicable to changes, cancellations, vouchers, or rescheduling;
- the Operator’s contact details.
The Privacy Notice, Cookie Policy, and Park Regulations are also available for consultation.
- Purchase Procedure
The online purchase is completed through the following steps:
- selection of the date, time, ticket type, and number of participants;
- entry of the required information;
- acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the Park Regulations, and any applicable notices;
- completion of payment;
- receipt of the order confirmation by email, including an electronic ticket, QR code, or booking code.
The order is deemed completed only after successful payment and issuance of confirmation by the Operator.
- Prices, Taxes, and Payment Methods
Prices are stated in Euro and are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise specified.
The Operator reserves the right to change prices, offers, and availability at any time, it being understood that such changes shall not affect orders already completed.
Payments may be made using the methods indicated on the website from time to time. Payments are processed through secure channels and specialized third-party providers.
Full payment instrument details do not pass through and are not stored on the Operator’s servers.
For security reasons, fraud prevention, or payment anomalies, the Operator may suspend, refuse, or cancel an order, including by requesting additional verification.
- Access Ticket and Use
The ticket or access pass is personal and valid exclusively for the date, time, and course indicated at the time of purchase.
For access to the park, the user may be required to present the ticket in digital or paper format, together with any documents or confirmations useful for booking verification.
Unless otherwise expressly permitted, the ticket may not be transferred, resold, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.
- Access Requirements and Fitness
Access to activities is subject to compliance with the requirements indicated on the website, in the Park Regulations, on signage, and in the staff’s instructions.
Depending on the course or service, such requirements may concern:
- minimum age;
- minimum or maximum height;
- maximum weight;
- suitable clothing;
- physical and mental fitness;
- compliance with safety procedures.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during booking and declares that they are in suitable condition to participate.
The Operator reserves the right to deny or interrupt access to activities in the event of failure to meet the required conditions, unsafe behavior, false statements, or conditions incompatible with the user’s or others’ safety.
- Right of Withdrawal, Cancellations, and Refunds
Pursuant to Article 59 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
Unless otherwise required by mandatory law or expressly provided under specific promotional conditions, purchased tickets are non-refundable once the order has been completed.
- Changes, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
Any requests by the user to change the date or time may be accepted only if permitted by the purchased fare, within the deadlines indicated by the Operator, and subject to residual availability.
If the change involves a higher-priced fare, the user must pay the relevant difference. Lower-priced changes do not entitle the user to a refund, unless otherwise expressly stated.
The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel activities, bookings, or access in the event of force majeure, safety needs, technical unavailability, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances making performance of the service impossible or inappropriate.
In such cases, the Operator shall issue a voucher valid for 12 months, with the possibility of free rescheduling to any available date.
No additional compensation shall be due for ancillary expenses incurred by the user, such as travel, food, accommodation, or indirect costs.
- Weather Conditions
Cannobio Adventure activities take place outdoors.
Light rain or variable conditions do not necessarily result in park closure. In the event of thunderstorms, strong wind, weather alerts, or other conditions considered incompatible with safety, the Operator may suspend or interrupt access to the entire park.
The assessment of safety conditions is reserved exclusively to the Operator.
- Rules for Minors
Access for minors is subject to the specific rules applicable to each course or activity.
Minors must be accompanied, authorized, or supervised by a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult, in accordance with the Park Regulations.
The responsible adult guarantees the accuracy of the information provided for the minor and assumes responsibility for compliance with the applicable rules.
- Conduct and Safety Rules
Users must comply at all times with:
- these Terms and Conditions;
- the Park Regulations;
- posted signage;
- staff instructions;
- the rules regarding the use of personal protective equipment, or PPE.
Access to activities is subject to the proper use of harnesses, helmets, carabiners, or other safety devices provided or required by the Operator.
Users must arrive wearing suitable clothing and appropriate footwear for the activity, including closed shoes such as sneakers. The Operator may deny access to anyone who fails to comply with safety rules or engages in dangerous, aggressive, or otherwise unsuitable conduct.
- Liability
The Operator acts in compliance with applicable law and is liable within the limits established by law for damage directly attributable to its own responsibility.
The user is responsible for their own conduct and for any damage caused to third parties, staff, equipment, or facilities as a result of improper use, failure to observe the rules, false statements, or negligent conduct.
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for:
- loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings;
- consequences arising from failure to follow the instructions provided;
- inability to access the activities due to failure to meet the required conditions;
- interruptions or limitations of the service due to safety reasons or force majeure.
- Vouchers, Coupons, Gift Cards, Tickets, and Season Passes
Cannobio Adventure may make available different types of access passes, including fixed-date tickets, open-date tickets, gift cards, promotional coupons, and season passes.
Unless otherwise expressly stated:
- each pass is subject to the specific conditions indicated at the time of purchase or issue;
- gift cards, vouchers, and discounts may not be combined, unless otherwise provided;
- they may not be converted into cash;
- they are valid for the period indicated in the specific conditions;
- any price differences must be paid by the user.
Season passes are personal, registered to the named holder, non-transferable, and subject to any activation or validation procedures indicated by the Operator.
- Privacy and Data Processing
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy published on the website, in compliance with applicable law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and current Italian legislation on the protection of personal data.
- Intellectual Property
All content available on the website, in informational materials, and within the park premises, including by way of example texts, trademarks, logos, images, photographs, videos, layouts, and graphic content, is protected under the applicable intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or exploitation is prohibited.

- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
For consumers, where applicable, jurisdiction shall lie with the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile in Italy, in accordance with applicable law.
For users who do not qualify as consumers, where permitted by law, jurisdiction shall lie with the court of the Operator.

By completing the purchase, payment, or access to the services, the user declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these General Terms and Conditions, as well as the Park Regulations and any further conditions applicable to the purchased service.
